Another image taken by Willima Eggleston. What I love about Eggleston is that with his photography he seems to capture an America that most people dont get to see. He manges to create striking images out of everyday subjects. His photgraphy reminds me a little of the cinema of Jim Jarmusch a filmaker who as turned minimalism into an art form.

This image in particular is very interesting. The frail looking old lady cluthches a ciggarette and almost seems to blend into her rather grim surroundings.
