An image taken by photographer Steven Klein, in a style that has been dubbed as "transgresive fashion" photography. What I like about Stephen Kleins photography is the way it that it transports the viewer into a world that is as familiar as it is strange and disturbing.

This image of a botched lip job is one I found very interesting. There is alot going on within the single frame, therefore the viewers eye is never focused on a single subject. The dark red puffed up lips of the woman in the foreground, along with her black dress is in stark contrast to the cold blue tint of the rest of the image. The outfit the nurse is wearing matches the surrounding's more. In the top right corner of the image is a small mirror, that if you look closely seems to show the flash of the camera, which in a sense takes away from the illusion of the image.
